Handicap System for 2006

Winners (Division I and II) - cut two shots

Runners-Up (Division I and II) - cut one shot

Dick-of-the-Day (including those on same points if 'won' on countback) - plus 1 shot

In addition once 3 cards are submitted, on a rolling basis (i.e. Cards 1, 2 and 3 - then 2, 3 and 4 and so on) will be scrutinised.    If the average score is 22 or less - plus 1 shot - if the average score is 32 or more - deduct 1 shot.
